Donna Walsh

Co-founder

Donna is a co-founder and Principal at RevityRx. Her passion lies in addressing opportunities to simplify the medication use process to meet the challenge of providing safe, effective and highly reliable care across the continuum. Donna is dedicated to creating effortless partnerships with healthcare consumers, leveraging our clients’ talent to drive value and promote meaningful revitalization.

Donna brings over 15 years’ experience as a clinical pharmacist and clinical pharmacy administrator. Prior to founding RevityRx, Donna concentrated her efforts on advancing evidence-based clinical services directed towards high-value and quality care as a clinical pharmacy director within a large academic health system. Her experience with value-based formulary management, medication stewardship, data analytics and outcomes-based reporting, quality and accreditation spans acute and ambulatory settings.

She has served as an educator and mentor within the pharmacy profession, training over fifty pharmacy residents and students while responsible for three ASHP accredited residency programs. Donna is a strong advocate for pharmacist and pharmacy technician role advancement with proper alignment within the health care team. She has created training and development programs and led team-based care initiatives resulting in practice efficiencies, staff satisfaction and improved patient outcomes. Donna has had the opportunity to present her work at national meetings and served as a clinical advisor within academic medical center member networks.

At RevityRx, Donna combines her enthusiasm for learning and collaborative leadership style with the skills honed throughout her career to unlock value and create positive outcomes for our clients and their customers.

Donna received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University in Boston, MA and completed a post-graduate residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She went on to attain her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University and completed a healthcare administrative fellowship from Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC.

Donna was born and raised in southern New Jersey and currently resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
